Clare Freeman

Clare graduated from La Trobe University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has since worked in rehabilitation and acute hospital settings and in private practice. She has a keen interest in the management of neck and back pain, headaches, sporting injuries (particularly runners & dancers), pre- and post-operative management and the management of pre- and post-natal conditions including blocked ducts/mastitis. Clare also has experience in exercise prescription for those new to physical activity or those with diabetes and cardiac disease. Clare became a credentialed therapist of the McKenzie Institute in 2013 and specialises in the mechanical diagnosis and treatment of spinal pain. Clare recently copleted the APA Level 1 Pelvic Health Course with further training to come. In her spare time Clare loves being a Mum to her 3 young children and enjoys running.
